TRADING UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain
that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.
The board would like to advise shareholders that the basic
earnings per linked unit is expected to improve from (0.00)
cents to approximately 0.03 cents compared to the year ended
31 December 2012. The headline earnings per linked unit is
also expected to improve from (0.00) cent to approximately
0.16 cent.
The improvement was mainly due to a slight increase in revenue
and various cost savings. Total comprehensive income for the
period is expected to improve from a loss of R15 046 to a
profit of R189 917.
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported
on by the auditors of the company.
