Further to the publication of the Sanlam Group’s audited results
for the year ended 31 December 2012 on 7 March 2013,
shareholders are advised that the Sanlam Integrated Report,
which incorporates the audited financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2012, is available on the Sanlam website
www.sanlam.co.za. The Sanlam Integrated Report contains no
modifications to the audited results published on 7 March 2013.
The Sanlam summarised financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2012 including the Notice of Annual General Meeting and
proxy form will be posted to shareholders by no later than 28
March 2013.
