RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary
announcements dated 15 June 2012, 29 June 2012, 18 October
2012, 5 December 2012 and 23 January 2013 respectively and
are advised that negotiations referred to therein are still
in progress.

The directors advise that company has elected not to pursue
the acquisition of any of the Sharemax portfolio.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to
exercise caution in dealing in their securities, until a
further announcement is made.
