CIRCULAR DATED 08 FEBRUARY 2013: FORM OF SURRENDER

The following announcement is only applicable to those
holders of common shares of Uranium One ('Common Shares')
who hold their shares in certificated form on the South
African branch register of the JSE Limited (the "South African Certificated Shareholders"). On 16 February 2013 a Notice of Special Meeting of
Shareholders and Optionholders and Management Information
Circular (the 'Circular') was posted to each of the South
African Certificated Shareholders in respect of a proposed
plan of arrangement (the 'Arrangement') whereby the
controlling shareholder of Uranium One would purchase the
remaining outstanding Common Shares not already owned by it.
As more fully set out in the Circular itself, in order for
South African Certificated Shareholders to receive payment
pursuant to the Arrangement (if adopted), they are required
to surrender their Common Shares by way of completing and
submitting a Form of Surrender. Unfortunately, at the time
of posting, the Form of Surrender was erroneously omitted from the Circular.
The Form of Surrender has now been printed and posted to
South African Certificated Shareholders. In addition, the
Form of Surrender is available for download from the
Company's website (www.uranium1.com) under the link '2013
Special Meeting' and for collection from the offices of the
South African Transfer Secretary, Computershare Investor
