Accordingly, shareholders of the Company are advised that Murray & Roberts’ interim financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2012 are expected to show an improvement when compared to the previous corresponding period. Diluted headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2012 are expected to be between 64c and 74c (December 2011: 190c diluted headline loss per share). Further, diluted earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2012 are expected to be between 59c and 69c (December 2011: 161c diluted loss per share). Shareholders are advised that the financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Group’s external auditors.
