RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, shareholders are advised that Gary Wade has tendered his resignation with effect
from 19 February 2013. Gary will continue to consult to the company on an ad-hoc basis.

The Board and management team wish to express their gratitude to Gary for coming out of
retirement to assist the company over the period of the change in control.
