RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Erbacon hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. Alexis
Hertzog Henning (“Lex”) will retire as an executive
director of the Company, with effect from 28 February 2013.

The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to Lex for his
significant contribution to the Company over the years and
wishes him well for the future.
