Director's dealings in securities Tiger Brands Limited “Tiger Brands” or “the Company” (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1944/017881/06) Share code: TBS ISIN: ZAE000071080 DIRECTOR’S DEALINGS IN SECURITIES On 13 February 2013, it came to the attention of Ms S L Botha, a non-executive director of Tiger Brands, that her investment advisers, a Financial Services Provider (FSP) through its nominees, had acquired in the period 3 October 2012 to 12 December 2012, 1 221 Tiger Brands shares as set out below. The shares were acquired through a discretionary mandate held by the FSP without the prior approval nor knowledge of Ms S L Botha. In the circumstances the Tiger Brands shares were bought inadvertently without the approval of the Tiger Brands’ Chairman. Ms Botha and Tiger Brands became aware of this fact on 13 February 2013 and immediately notified the JSE and the Tiger Brands’ Chairman. The portfolio manager at the FSP has instituted processes to ensure that this does not recur.
