CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Rory Kirk has stepped down as chairman of the audit committee,
effective 13 February 2013. Rory will remain on the audit committee as an independent non-
executive member. Alexandru Morar, who was appointed to the Rockcastle Board on
17 August 2012 as an independent non-executive director, will assume the role of chairman of
the audit committee and has been appointed as an additional member of the investment
committee.
