SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011,
shareholders are advised that on the 13 February 2013, Holdsport received the following
notification:

  -   disposal by Afena Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Afena”) of shares, such that Afena’s total
      beneficial interest in the company as of the 13 February 2013 has decreased to 1.26%
      of the issued capital of the company
