Shareholders are hereby advised that at the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held today, all resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting dated 28 December 2011, were passed without modification
by the requisite majorities.

The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the CIPC.
