DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended
(“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form
that Foord Asset Management Proprietary Limited, collectively with its clients, has disposed
of an interest in securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the
Company held by Foord Asset Management Proprietary Limited collectively with its clients
has reduced from 5,4% to 3,45% of the total issued securities of that class in the share
capital of the Company as at 8 February 2013.
