CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
AdaptIT (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Oliver Fortuin has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company and that Mr Mandla Nhlapo has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Company, both with immediate effect.

Oliver has 23 years’ experience in the technology industry, including the global market,
telecommunications, financial services and the public and retail sectors and holds an MBA from Open
University, UK. Oliver is the lead independent non-executive director of Ellies Holdings Limited and served
as a director and chairman for IBM (South Africa) Proprietary Limited. Oliver’s extensive experience
complements the Board’s expertise in effecting Adapt IT’s organic and acquisitive growth strategy.

Oliver will replace Mandla as Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee and as member of the Audit and
Risk Committee.

The Board wishes Mandla well in his future endeavours and welcomes Oliver to the Board.
