RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Erbacon hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. CHA
Ramsay has resigned as an executive director of the
Company, with effect from 6th February 2013.

The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to Mr. Ramsay
for his significant contribution to the Company since his
appointment in 2009, and wishes him well for the future.
