consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 were submitted to the Bucharest Stock
Exchange (“BVB”) and to the Romanian National Securities Commission today, 6 February 2013. These condensed
consolidated audited financial statements are available to the public on request, in printed format, and in electronic
format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com.

The condensed consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 was released on the
