Further to the announcement of 1 February 2013 regarding the completion of the US$100 million investment in Coal of
Africa (the “Company”) by Haohua Energy International (Hong Kong) Resource Co. Limited (“HEI”), the Company was
notified on 5 February 2013 by HEI that, as at 1 February 2013, HEI held 247,417,579 ordinary shares of nil par value
each in the Company, representing 23.60 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
