RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Dipula unitholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held on Friday, 1 February 2013, all
the proposed resolutions, other than ordinary resolution number 5, the authority to place unissued linked units under
the control of the directors and ordinary resolution number 6, the general authority to issue linked units for cash,
which were withdrawn prior to the annual general meeting, were unanimously approved by unitholders.
