CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:

Mr Pieter Eduard Beyers has retired as a non-executive director
from the Board of Remgro (the “Board”) with effect from
31 January 2013.

Dr Mamphela Aletta Ramphele has resigned as an independent non-
executive director from the Board with effect from 31 January
2013.

The Board wishes to thank these two directors for their valuable
contribution over many years.

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 30 April 2012 it
was decided that following Mr. Durand’s appointment as Chief
Executive Officer of Remgro, the position of Chief Investment
Officer will not be filled.
