for the month ending 28 February 2013:

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution:               Friday, 15 February 2013
Securities trade "EX" distribution:                 Monday, 18 February 2013
Record date:                                        Friday, 22 February 2013

An announcement of the interest to be distributed and reinvested (if any) will be made on or
before Friday, 15 March 2013.

Investors are advised that the distribution amount will not comprise of any dividends,
therefore no dividend tax will be applicable to the distribution amount.
