CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SecureData (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Andrew Aitken has resigned as a non-
executive director of the Board and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from
24 January 2013.

The Board thanks Andrew for his invaluable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
