RIN linked unitholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held on Tuesday, 29 January 2013,
all the proposed resolutions, other than special resolution number 3 relating to the authority for the company to issue
shares to related or inter-related companies, which was withdrawn prior to the annual general meeting, were duly passed
by the requisite majorities of RIN linked unitholders.
