Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating a notice of a general meeting to be held at 85
O.R. Tambo Parade, Durban 4001 on Wednesday, 6 March 2013 at 8.30 am has been mailed to
shareholders today.

The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to conversion of par value shares to no
par value shares and adoption of a memorandum of incorporation.
