                         POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Further to the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2012 dispatched on Friday, 30
November 2012, shareholders are advised that the notice of Annual General Meeting was posted, by
registered mail, to shareholders on Thursday, 24 January 2013.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the registered offices of the Company situated at
Tulbagh, 360 Oak Avenue, Randburg, 2194, at 08:00 on Friday, 22 February 2013.

The record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and vote at
the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 15 February 2013. Accordingly, the last day to trade in the Company’s
shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 8 February 2013.
