RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general
meeting    of    the   Company    held   on    Wednesday,
23 January 2013, all the ordinary and special resolutions
presented in the notice of annual general meeting were
unanimously approved.

The memorandum of incorporation approved at the annual
general meeting will be submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission for filing.
