INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT - CORRECTIONS

Shareholders are referred to the interim results announcement for the
six months ended 30 September 2012 as released on SENS on
14 January 2013 and are advised that the announcement contained two
minor errors, as set out below:

  (i) Condensed statement of comprehensive income
Operating profit before finance costs: on conversion of the
announcement from a pdf to text format for SENS purposes,
the figure for the Audited year ended 31 March 2012 was
incorrectly reflected as 4 868. The correct figure is in
          fact 4 868 246.

  (ii) Commentary
It was noted in the paragraph entitled “Restructure of the
Board of Directors” that Mr R Noorbhai was appointed as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from
9 January 2013. Mr Noorbhai’s appointment only became
effective on Tuesday, 15 January 2013.
