UPDATE OF DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, dated 15 January 2013,
relating to the disposal of securities in TMG by Mvelaphanda Holdings
Limited (“Mvelaphanda Holdings”). The Company has received an updated
formal notification in the prescribed form in accordance with section
122(3)(b) of the Companies Act from Mvelaphanda Holdings, such that the
total interest in the securities of the Company held by Mvelaphanda
Holdings following the disposal is 1.57% of the total issued share capital
of the Company and not 0% as previously announced.
