for information purposes only in respect of Letshego Holdings
Limited’s Note Programme

CHANGE TO CLOSED PERIOD

Letshego Holdings Limited is a leading provider of unsecured consumer
loans, is listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange, is Botswana
International Financial Services Centre accredited and has operations
in 11 African countries in Southern and Eastern Africa.

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to inform
Shareholders and Members of the Botswana Stock Exchange that the
Company has changed its “Closed Period” which previously commenced
from:
‘the beginning of the months of both the interim and year ends (i.e. 1
January and 1 July) up to the date of publication of the interim and
final results in the print media’
To:
‘the close of business on both the interim and year ends (i.e. 1
February and 1 August) up to the date of publication of the interim
and final results in the print media’

This revision, which becomes effective immediately, is intended to
align the “Closed Period” of the Company to the majority of other
listed companies on the Botswana Stock Exchange.
