RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

Shareholders of Sephaku Holdings (Shareholders) are advised that, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of 
Sephaku Holdings, held on Friday, 11 January 2013, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM were 
approved by an average of approximately 99% of votes exercised. 

Shareholders are also advised that at the Shareholders meeting of Sephaku Holdings, held on Friday, 
11 January 2013 after conclusion of the AGM, all the resolutions pertaining to the approval of the acquisition 
of 100% of the ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Métier Mixed Concrete Proprietary Limited, as set 
out in the circular to Shareholders dated 30 November 2012, were approved by 100% of votes exercised.
