DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS


In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary)
Limited (“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Premium linked units:


        1 302 Premium linked units at a price of R17.80 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
        value of R23 175.60 on 2 January 2013;


        23 698 Premium linked units at a price of R18.00 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
        value of R426 564.00 on 2 January 2013; and

        25 000 Premium linked units at a price of R17.85 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
        value of R446 250.00 on 3 January 2013.


Non-executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.


Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
