SUSPENSION OF LISTING

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that, as a result of the above mentioned company's failure to comply with the JSE's Listings Requirements by not submitting a provisional report within the three-month period stipulated in the Listings Requirements, the listing of its securities has been suspended with immediate effect.
