DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution by RMB Mid Cap
Exchange Traded Fund to holders of RMB Mid Cap Securities, the manager and trustees (namely RMB
CIS MANCO (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited) have resolved to make a quarterly distribution to
holders of RMB Mid Cap securities for the quarter ended 31 December 2012. The distribution will:


    -   amount to 30.980 cents (R0.3098) per RMB Mid Cap security;
    -   be constituted 30.980 cents (R0.3098) in respect of dividends;
    -   be made to all holders of RMB Mid Cap securities recorded in the register on 28 December 2012;
        and
    -   be effected on 7 January 2013.



Additional information:

The dividend distribution as outlined above is subject to the Dividends Tax that was introduced with effect
from 1 April 2012. The dividend, as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1962, is payable from dividends
accumulated in the fund. The South African Dividends Tax rate is 15%. Secondary Tax on Companies
(STC) credits available amount to 2.219 cents per security.

The net amount payable to holders of RMB Mid Cap securities who are not exempt from Dividends Tax is
26.66585 cents per security, while it is 30.980 cents per security to those holders who are exempt from
Dividends Tax. There are 1,800,000 RMB Mid Cap securities in issue. The total distribution amount
payable is R 557,640.00.
RMB Mid Cap Exchange Traded Fund Income Tax number is 0036/883/26/2.
