Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the Company will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 27
February 2013 at the Protea Hotel, Midrand, Gauteng, to
transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in
the Company's securities register on Friday, 14 December
2012.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be
recorded as such in the Company's securities register in
order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 22 February 2013. The last day to trade in order
to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 15 February 2013. Proxy Forms must be lodged by
no later than 10:00 on Monday, 25 February 2013.
