RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of Purple Capital shareholders was held today, Friday 14
December 2012. All the special and ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of annual
general meeting to shareholders, dated 7 November 2012, were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be filed, and where required registered,
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
