shareholders are advised that Holdsport has received the following
notification:


    -   the company was advised on the 13th of December, by Afena Capital Propriety
        Limited, of its beneficial holding of 5.7% in Holdsport Limited, on behalf of the clients
        of Afena Capital Propriety Limited
