RESULTS OF OFFER AND LISTING OF GLOBAL


Following the intended listing announcement published on SENS 
on 6 December 2012, the directors of GLOBAL are pleased to 
advise that the JSE Limited has approved the listing of 35 000 000 
ordinary shares on the AltX under the abbreviated name “GOBAL”, 
share code “GAM” and ISIN ZAE000173498. The listing of the shares 
on AltX will become effective from the commencement of business on 
Friday, 14 December 2012.

The offer as detailed in the prospectus dated 4 December 2012, 
has been oversubscribed. All applications at or below R500 000 
will be accepted in full and for applications above R500 000, the 
first R500 000 will be allocated in full. The excess applications 
will be refunded on an equitable basis on subscriptions above R500 000, 
in accordance with the time frames as announced on 6 December 2012.
