FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Debenture holders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 16 November 2012, regarding the
notice of maturity cash payment or conversion to Sallies ordinary shares and final interest payment
regarding the delisting of the Sallies Debentures. Debenture holders are advised that there are no
changes and the process will proceed as per the timetable previously announced.
