NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.4R

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R, Lonmin Plc (the “Company”) announces that at the close of business on
10 December 2012 it had been advised by each of the directors of the Company of dealings in the
ordinary shares of $1 each in the capital of the Company, resulting from the allotment and issue of
New Shares following the successful closing of the Company's Rights Issue:
