Rory Mackey currently Chief Operating Officer and alternate director to Gerhard, has been appointed to the position of Managing Director with effect from 6 December 2012. Gerhard will stay on as a non-executive director on the Board of SA Corporate. Furthermore, he will consult to the Fund and will assume the chairmanship of the Investment Committee when the incumbent retires at the next AGM.
