DEALING IN SECURITIES BY THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Shareholder are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 9 May 2012 in terms of which notification of the
vested Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) shares issued to executive directors and
prescribed officers of the company were disclosed.

In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are further advised that the Chief Executive Officer of the
company has sold 50 000 ordinary shares in order to settle a loan obligation
which arose as a result of the tax obligation attributable to the vested IPO
shares. The detail of the transaction is outlined below:
