ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NOVEMBER 2012 AND SALIENT DATES FOR DECEMBER 2012
Investors are advised that the Manager and Trustee of Satrix (being
Satrix   Managers   (Proprietary)   Limited   and   Absa   Bank   Limited,
respectively) have not declared a distribution to holders of Satrix RAFI
40 securities recorded in the register on Friday, 30 November 2012 in
respect of the month of November 2012.


SALIENT DATES FOR DECEMBER 2012:
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in
regard to a possible monthly distribution for the month of December 2012
by the ETF to holders of Satrix Rafi 40 securities:

Last day to trade “cum” distribution:         Wednesday, 19 December 2012
Securities trade “ex” distribution:            Thursday, 20 December 2012
Record date:                                     Friday, 28 December 2012
Announcement of any distribution amount
