NOTICE OF SECOND DISTRIBUTION TO LINKED UNITHOLDERS
Notice is hereby given that an interest distribution of
0.04434 cents per linked unit has been declared in respect
of the year ended 30 June 2012. The distribution will be
paid in cash to linked unitholders recorded in the share
register of the Company at the close of business on Friday,
21 December 2012. This is the second distribution to linked
unitholders of the Company.
Linked unitholders’ attention is drawn to the following
important dates:

Last day to trade: Thursday, 13 December
Date trading commences ex Friday, 14 December
distribution:
Record date for payment of the cash Friday, 21 December
distribution:
Date of payment of cash Monday, 24 December
distribution:
Linked units may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Friday, 14 December 2012 and Friday, 21 December
2012, both dates inclusive. Any changes in the above dates
will be announced on SENS.
