PREFEX SECURITIES - DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement regarding a possible quarterly
distribution to the holders of PrefEx Securities, notice is hereby
given that the PrefEx Trust will make a distribution of 20.28 cents
per PrefEx Security in respect of the quarter ending 30 November 2012.


The distribution of 20.28 cents per PrefEx Security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local)(to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                     13.69000 cents
Resultant net dividend                                          11.63650 cents
Dividend (local)(subject to STC credits of 6.43000 cents i.e. exempt
from tax)(gross)                                                6.43000 cents
Resultant net dividend                                          6.43000 cents
Interest                                                        0.16000 cents


There are currently 18 600 000 PrefEx Securities in issue. The distribution 
will be made to all PrefEx Security holders recorded in the register on 
Friday, 30 November 2012. The distribution will be effected on 
Wednesday, 5 December 2012.
