RECORD DATE OF ADJOURNED AGM AND OTHER RELATED INFORMATION
The record date to determine which shareholders may participate and vote at the adjourned AGM, as
announced yesterday, is Friday, November 23, 2012. Any proxy forms lodged by shareholders for the
AGM held on Monday November 26, 2012 remain valid for the new record date, unless revised proxy
forms are lodged with Computershare in accordance with the procedures set out below.
Shareholders will vote on Special Resolution number 4 – Adoption of new Memorandum of
Incorporation (“MOI”) only and should you wish to vote or amend your vote on Special Resolution
number 4 please complete the Proxy Form sent with the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated
October 26 2012. Proxy forms are to be faxed to Computershare on 011 688 5238 for
attention Meetings Department, to be received by no later than 14H00 on Monday, December 3
2012. Proxies can be emailed to proxy@computershare.co.za or can also be posted to Meetings
Department, Computershare (Pty) Limited, P.O. Box 61051, Marshalltown,2107, South Africa to be
received by no later than 14H00 on Monday, December 3 2012.
The amended MOI (Clause 39.3.1) has been posted on our website www.Bidvest.com and is available for
inspection at the registered office of Bidvest.
