NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF TRUSTEE

Participatory Interest holders are notified that, following the resignation of Absa Bank Limited as
Trustee to the Emira Property Scheme (the “Scheme”), with effect from 16 November 2012, the
Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes has approved the appointment of FirstRand Bank
Limited as Trustee to the Scheme, with effect from 17 November 2012.
