In addition to the above, shareholders are advised that Ordinary Resolution 3 in respect of the re-election of Mr John Miller as a director of the Company was withdrawn prior to the start of the annual general meeting. Mr Miller had informed the Board, prior to the meeting, that he would no longer make himself available for re-election and would thus retire as independent non-executive director at the conclusion of the annual general meeting. The chairman extended a special word of appreciation to Mr Miller at the annual general meeting for his years of dedicated service and loyal support to both Gijima and the Board. The special resolution for the adoption of the Memorandum of Incorporation will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
