DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SABMILLER PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to SABMILLER PLC (SAB) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 213.7632 cents per SABNII share instalment that is payable on
Friday, 14 December 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were
utilized. This results in a net dividend of 181.69872 cents per share instalment. The final payment
will be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 30 November 2012. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 03 December 2012. The record date will be Friday, 07
December 2012.
