DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that:
  - FirstRand Bank Limited has acquired an interest in the
     securities of the Company which amounts to 28.3% of the total
     issued securities of that class in the share capital of the
     Company; and
   - Blackstar Group SE has disposed of an interest in the
     securities of the Company which amounts to 28.3% of the total
     issued securities of that class in the share capital of the
     Company.

As stated previously, the Company will continue to focus on its
value unlocking strategy and remains committed to realising value
for shareholders in the most efficient manner.
