November 2012 exercised options to purchase 13,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option
price of £12.50 per share and 13,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £12.31 per
share.

26,000 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of £27.8925 per share
on 22 November 2012 in London.
