APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The JSE Board is delighted to announce that, with effect from 1
December 2012, Ms Nomavuso Mnxasana has been appointed as a non-
executive director of the company and a member of the JSE Audit
Committee.

Nomavuso currently serves on various boards including Nedbank
Group and Winhold Group and is a registered chartered accountant.
