REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES ON THE ODD-LOT OFFER ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 3 October 2012 and the circular dated
2 October 2012, regarding inter alia the Odd-lot offer.
A certificate of confirmation from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in relation to the
relevant special resolutions regarding the Odd-lot offer has been received.
In light of the receipt of such certificate of confirmation and the revised timetable for the Share
Consolidation as announced on SENS on 19 November 2012, the revised salient dates and times of the
Odd-lot offer are accordingly set out below:
Offer Price finalised and released on SENS Thursday, 27 December

Last day to trade in Shares in order to be eligible to participate in the Friday, 4 January 2013

Notes:
1. The specified dates and times are subject to change. Any changes will be released on SENS.
2.Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their Shares between Friday, 4 January 2013 and
Friday, 11 January 2013, both dates inclusive.
3. Cheques will be posted, at the risk of the Shareholder, on or about Monday, 14 January 2013 or within
five business days after the receipt of such Document of Title by the Transfer Secretaries, whichever is
the later.
4. Certificated Shareholders who wish to retain their Odd-lot Holdings must lodge the form of election and
surrender for the Odd-lot Offer (blue) by 12:00 on the Offer Record Date expected to be Friday, 11
January 2013, failing which their Shares will be purchased by Alert Steel.
